Lumiar - Living & Dining Room and Bedroom

Project Story

This project was requested by Atelier 106, the company responsible for the interior architecture and the design of the fixed furniture in each space. Boa Safra decorated the living room, the dining room and the children’s room.

The choice and design of the furniture for both the dining and the living room focused on simple and functional pieces with solid wood as the protagonist. This natural material made the space warmer and added balance to the white from the bookshelves.

The goal for the children’s room was to create a bedroom that could grow along with the children and be transformed into two. In order to achieve this, it was necessary to opt for versatile and timeless furniture. The headboard is a chest for toys but the sides are also bookcases. In the future, it can hold two beds and work as a central element dividing the space of each child.
