Carlos Aguiar

Carlos Aguiar is from Oporto and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design from the University of Porto.
Carlos has received several awards, such as the Good Design G-Mark, Red Dot and IF-Gold, and is the first and most awarded Portuguese designer.
He works regularly as a design consultant and develops global design strategies and approaches for products from several national and international companies.
He holds 8 patents and developed more than 300 products.
He is co-founder and member of Design Includes You, an organisation that promotes activities based on the principles of Inclusive and Participatory Design.
