We ship to all EU countries and to the majoraty of the other western Europe countries.

For other locations, please contact us 

Standard shipping is door to door delivery. We ship full assembled products, with some exceptions like beds and tables that need an easy assemble. 



For Portugal and Spain in the area of Vigo we have a installation service available - includes home delivery, unpacking and assembly.

For instalation in other locations please contact us.

You can always choose to pick the order in our facilities without any associated cost of postage.

The estimated time of delivery is 4 weeks.  


Privacy & Security

Any personal information we collect from you will be used to process your order and we will never release, sell or give your information to any other organization without your permission.

If you order a product from us, we place your name in our secure/encrypted customer database. 

The user will be able to exercise his rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation to the treatment of his personal information in our site in "My Account".

Returns & Replacements

You can make the return / termination of the contract in the following situations: 

The customer has the right to return the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods / order. 
The articles should be returned in perfect condition, complete and properly packaged in the original package and without any signs of actual use. 
In case of withdrawal or error of the client ports and shipping of return will be the sole responsibility of the costumer. 

We only be liable for the return postage and for reference if there is an internal error and the product shipped does not match the request, if your product defects and whether the home has been damaged during transport. In these last two situations the exchange will be run by the same article. If you want to make the exchange with another article different, the sizes of return and the back will be the responsibility of the costumer. 
Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned, a situation provided by law:

"Supply of goods produced or ordered from the consumer`s specifications or clearly custom can not be returned."

The articles found on this site have sizes and colours that are close as possible to the genuine, but remember that in some cases may not correspond to reality 100%. For specific cases, please check all information with the technical department before ordering, since the returns on technical grounds will be the sole responsibility of the costumer. 

Important Note:
 We recommend that you pay attention to the state outside of the packaging as this may reflect a possible damage to the product. 
At the time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier should check the status of the product before signing the Guide Ports and thus accept the order. 
If the product is damaged, kindly send us the photograph by e-mail within a maximum period of 24 hours so we can operate the safe transport. 
The verification of the status of the product is deemed to have been effected since the Guide to Ports signed. 

Any package received in our facilities without identifying the sender or sent to recovery, will not be accepted. 

The information concerning the right of termination of the contract by the consumer (private client) is described in detail in the Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree Law No. 82/2008. 
Referring to the right of termination of the contract by the Companies, institutions, professionals and entrepreneurs on behalf individual applies to the general law of the Portuguese civil code, including rules laid down in Decree-Law 67/2003.
