Biombo was born from the contemplation of geometry, namely the surfaces of revolution caused by the movement of a generatrix.

Biombo was born from the contemplation of geometry, namely the surfaces of revolution caused by the movement of a generatrix. Biombo has only got two components: wooden slats and an axis. The wooden slat that repeats itself and rotates around an axis generates an undulating surface.
Since the slats turn around the axis, other more or less regular shapes can be created, allowing more or less light to pass through, increasing or decreasing the degree of visibility through the screen.
