The first Pinewood table emerged as a meeting table for a design studio. We opted for the simplicity of joining planed slats with two measurements, forming an inverted U that repeated itself. The result was surprising and sculptural.
The raw material used is available locally and requires minimum transformation.
This table has become an iconic piece of Boa Safra’s design.
